Your Nokia got hit by a virus? No worries!

SO, one day you've left your Bluetooth on for a few hours while walking around in the mall, and when you try to restart your phone, it just wont boot!
Well, it might be because you've got a virus on board.
You got 2 options, sit there and cry, or take my advice and follow these simple steps.

The first thing you might want to try is to perform a hard reset:
on the standby screen, type in *#7370#.
A hard reset wipes out all your installed files, contacts, messages, etc. BUT LEAVES THE ORIGINAL NOKIA SOFTWARE INTACT ( unlike a reformatting). It also resets the phone to factory settings.

If that doesnt work, you might just have to do a reformatting:
While the phone is off, hold down the GREEN CALL KEY, STAR(*) BUTTON, and the 3 BUTTON. Then press the on button while still holding down those keys. Shortly a formatting word should appear on the screen and the reformatting procedure will be carried out.

*pls note that a reformatting procedure will wipe out absolutely everything on your phone. Including software that came with the phone such as the quickoffice software and such.

Hope that helps!
