Wondering if you're overweight?

As a teenager, most will wonder if they are overweight. Some are concerned about their health, some concerned about their looks, and some...... just want to fit into that "S" size dress for a special occasion.
So, "how might i find out whether i'm overweight?" you ask. Well, experts have developed a way to help figure out if a person is in the healthy weight range for his or her height. It's called the body mass index, or BMI. In short, BMI is a formula that estimates how much body fat a person has based on his or her weight and height.

Your Nokia got hit by a virus? No worries!

SO, one day you've left your Bluetooth on for a few hours while walking around in the mall, and when you try to restart your phone, it just wont boot!
Well, it might be because you've got a virus on board.
You got 2 options, sit there and cry, or take my advice and follow these simple steps.

The first thing you might want to try is to perform a hard reset:
on the standby screen, type in *#7370#.
A hard reset wipes out all your installed files, contacts, messages, etc. BUT LEAVES THE ORIGINAL NOKIA SOFTWARE INTACT ( unlike a reformatting). It also resets the phone to factory settings.

If that doesnt work, you might just have to do a reformatting:
While the phone is off, hold down the GREEN CALL KEY, STAR(*) BUTTON, and the 3 BUTTON. Then press the on button while still holding down those keys. Shortly a formatting word should appear on the screen and the reformatting procedure will be carried out.

*pls note that a reformatting procedure will wipe out absolutely everything on your phone. Including software that came with the phone such as the quickoffice software and such.

Hope that helps!

Mega-sized SDHC cards on the horizon

image taken from engadget.com

According Engadget.com, Toshiba just announced an 8GB microSDHC card and even a massive 16GB full-size SDHC card (launching in October for ¥40,000, about $350). The whopping 32GB SDHC on the other hand will set you back about $700, and for most of us that means going on a diet! - for a long, long time.....

As a smartphone user, i have to admit its the microSDHCs that i'm really drooling over. Who knows, a couple months later we might even see 16GB and 32GB microSDHCs. Oh yeah, that's really gonna make iPhone and 8GB n95 users feel uncomfortable!
